Pricing and Portions

The table below gives you an indication of the number and size of tiers required in order to supply sufficient portions for your guests. Finger portions (traditionally served with tea and coffee, after dessert) are 1″ x 1″. Our desert portions (served as a main dessert at your wedding) are 2″ x 1″.

Each Dovey Cake Design is bespoke to your individual requirements and will be designed in consultation with you. Exact prices are quoted on an individual basis.

In order to help you plan your cake, we have given some outline prices below. These are indications of the basic costs for a beautifully iced cake, presented on a board and trimmed with ribbon. Any other decorations and sugar work will be an additional cost which will be discussed with you.

Cake Planning Information

One Tier – to serve up to 40 guests. From £180

Two Tiers – to serve up to 60 guests. From £300

Three Tiers – to serve up to 120 guests. From £400

Four Tiers – to serve up to 200 guests. From £500

Five Tiers – to serve 200+ guests. From £650.

Dessert tables; including wedding cake, cupcakes, individual cakes and other desserts. We can accommodate any combinations and designs you wish. Costs are dependent on requirements.

The cost of your cake also includes your consultation meeting, full design, delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius of Oxford.

We are happy to deliver cakes further afield than 20 miles from Oxford. Please contact us for a delivery cost.

A complimentary cake tasting session is offered for orders of £400 or more. For all other cakes, a 2-person cake tasting can be arranged for £40.
